The bare legs that I see on young women today year round is not just a trashy look but it tells a woman that their outfit is incomplete, they either don't dress up, and listen to these so-called fashion experts who dictate what women should or should not wear.
Women should not be listening to the experts and trust their own instincts. Wearing pantyhose should be one of them.
