How can you prove anything you say at the end as its all through your brain, what if you were the space conciousness, observing, and the body itself was holographic? and so brain was illusion and what we consider to be the body we touch is just matter with the illusion of solidity from the energy surrounding the atom?

Hey can someone explain to me if everything is a hologram or something that our brains are just processing... why is it that other people too can see and feel what we do? And please don't say it's because they're an illusion as well because it'd only be reasonable that YOU would consider ME and illusion .. and that would really peeve me off! :P lol.. No but seriously, what's the whole theory in basic form? I already know the holography five sense complexity.. but.. what about the "out there" too

Who told you there was a light source inside your brain that allowed you to see? The only reasonable place you may have been led to believe that was maybe a gradeschool play yard. Prior to finding out the brain processed all perceptive information, what part of the body did you believe did so? Yes, the atom is mostly empty space. However, even if you did lose all your senses, if you verbalized you were thirsty your caretaker would get you that "cup" of water! Therfore it must not be an illusion.
