Um, I guess the tips are in part 2? Thanks anyway chowd.

@cartercl Totally agree with you, the only cleaning you should do is cleaning of the fat and grease off the bottom, and the grills.

i really wish these videos were longer than 2 mins. right when they get going they end. not very helpful

@cartercl If you season your smoker it will not rust if you spray it with water.

Let me guess - you are a Red Sox fan. LMAO - your accent is definitely from Boston. Awesome video.

This is a excellent video. I like the caption because my speakers don't work. I am buying a smoker grill this week and this helps me learn how to use it. I love cooking on the grill and buying one just like this one in the video.

I'm going to have to disagree with the whole cleaning of the smoker each time. Any time you clean the grates on an outdoor cooker after you are done and let it sit, it's going to rust. I'd rather have charred food particles than rust. At least you won't get tetnus from eating burnt food. I always fire mine up good and hot in the beginning, then hit it with a brush (if nessesary) an allow it to cool down a little before putting the food on. I always leave the grease and fat on in the end it coats
