ALSO, Pride and Prejudice has to be my favorite Jane Austen book, but Northanger Abbey comes in a close second!!

@TheRealPiper101 I'll argue that one. Her mother is dead. The only place he outght to be is by her side at that funeral. And yes she kissed a student. How many times did he screw up? He ignores her, can't see her depression through the haze of how important his job is, and canceled a trip to Paris to watch a basketball game.

I've got to disagree with the negative views of Prudie's husband -- he wasn't flirting with that girl at all. He's a perfectly decent guy, Prudie is just refusing to see his good points because they don't fit her elegant, I-must-be-totally-different-fr­om-my-mother fantasy.

What a cunt pretending to write fiction and instead writes about her girlfriend without her consent and sends it in for publication even though the girlfriend specifically stated she'd never told anyone. But I guess people like that exist - it's just a matter of avoiding them.
