can u help me configure the program and hardware? i mean... how to plug all the stuff, what stuff i need to plug expect of the guitar itself and the cabels, how to make it all work... i'll really appreciate it!

I bought this today, and when I plug it in and try to play. I get a lot of feedback, and when I play a chord/note, it sounds rather distorted! How do I get rid of this and make it sound like you did in this video? I want to start doing better sounding bass coers on here.

Maybe you should try a hi-Z guitar input card? Guitar pickups are not made for being plugged directly into audio cards. Just because you get a sound doens't mean it sounds as IK Multimedia's intentions, right? : )
