  • hmmm hamels last two years he's had an era of less than two. Seems like he can repeat his delivery pretty damn well

  • I hope he buys Dick's pitching DVD's so someday he can be a pro pitcher... LOL

  • plus when it comes to the beginning of his delivery, he's doing what's comfortable for him because mechanics don't even matter until you've come to a balanced position and start to move towards the plate

  • and so according to this guy, he's right and everyone else is wrong

  • It's funny because Hamels is a World Series MVP, and this douche is making a youtube video...

leftyDM, get off of Cole Hamels' junk.

  • @VISHMAN14 No he wasn't, his average fastball velocity was 92 MPH. If you want to see for yourself go to his fangraphs page and scroll down to the pitch type segment. It will show you how often he threw each pitch, and how fast they were thrown. If he was throwing 95 consistently his average fastball speed would be at least close to 94....

  • hahaha 4th best now!!!! MERRY CLIFFMAS!

  • oh yeah and by the way, he was throwing his fast ball at 95+ consistently this year.

  • One thing his name is HAMELS not hamel. And second this guy already has a world series mvp under his belt, to go along with an lcs mvp. he just came off of the best year in his career. 3.06 era, 200+ strikeouts, 208 ip. hes has the most postseason wins out of any pitcher in phillies history, beating out steve carlton. on top of it all, hes only 27 years old. the fact that you think hes doing something wrong is ridiculous

  • @Demongator actually the high elbow ADDS stress to the arm, it causes hyperabduction,
