  • It was clear he was destined for failure from the start, the captain's chair, and view, pointed out the rear of the ship. If you're always looking back then all you can see is everything you've ever left behind, you can only succeed when you can look forward to everything that is possible, and that you can achieve. A man that looks behind himself only sees his failures, and relives his regrets.

  • i would give anything to be in the exsact same situation

  • @MrMetrocat no u

  • I can't find the words to describe this

  • I agree about the song.. But that is FAB..

  • This song sucks and does not do the video justice. Watch the version with Sail by AWOLNation, it is AWESOME.

  • lol i was looking for eye of the storm by bliss n eso and i found this. what a happy coincidence

  • @shadowsoldior i agree with everything you say, except what the dragon represents. because if this video was reflecting someones last moments, then the character himself would represent the soul. i beleive the dragon representing his mind would make more sense. because you let your mind go right before your soul goes to "the eye of the storm"

but thats just my take on it

  • Soul, "chained" to his body (the ship). Upon letting go, he sat back and made himself comfortable in his final moments of life to reflect or "look back" on all that he had accomplished (Looking backward out of the ship).

  • I don't think he did fail. I think that the Eye of the Storm signifies an ending. He found his way through the storm to the eye and then pointed himself to that pulsing light, like a beacon calling him home. He first rid himself of his regrets (ridding himself of that box which I'm sure signifies his memories or emotional "baggage"). The rain on the lens may signify him coming to terms with the fact his life was nearing its end (a single tear?) Releasing the dragon, as it signified his [CONT]

  • @Dantejasper but as counterpart you must look back to see your failures so that it shall not happen again. from there comes experience

  • Wow... such a great short movie !!
