Thanks for the observation about cutting taxes followed by the roaring twenties. We need to REPLACE the income tax with a value added tax. Less income tax means more freedom to us- and less power to those in charge and too many of them are in it for more power.

The progressive income tax started in a little book called the Communist Manifesto...Karl Marx said it was one of the main platforms of socialism, which leads to communism.
