The powder measure doesn't move, only the measure bar and it moves on a perpendicular axis to the shell plate. The powder is dropped in, the movement is short and smooth, not violent. With the powder in the case, as long as the case isn't overfilled, when it moves to the next station it stays in the case. There just isn't enough force to cause it to jump out.
@AAndre75 find a good .5 hp geared electric motor... also make sure it dosent throw off sparks or BOOM
