    it depends if you want to get a ripped body, aka shred fat or want to build serious muscle which in favour of the ripped aproach i myself would cut down on carbs and mainly eat salds with fish and other types of meat however if you want to gain i suggest consuming around 3000 calories a day and alot of that in meat.

  • @GrowlingVocals haha funny? this is for your upper chest it's best if you include this into a chest workout so do what you already do for your chest then add this in u'll soon notice that you will get some shape in you pectoral muscles.

  • @bstevans0 yea the best body weight exercise, i highly recommend the incline bench press tho for upper chest
