I have this figure on my shelf, and the ONLY problem is the face. The face! Why? Because it doesn't look like Lara. If it did, this would be my favorite figure. It's still cool though.

Yeah, but that is usually the case with figures.
Either you get a lot of articulation, or you get a very nice, detailed figure that has little to no articulation.
