I'm 28, my mum died 4 years ago she was only 47.. Cancer took her life. When i was told she only had a few days, at the most, left to live it was like somebody smashing me in the heart with a sledgehammer, on the handle written "REALITY CHECK!"
You never expect it because you believe your parents to be somehow immortal and when the day comes that they are going to die you really just can't realize the truth, you keep telling yourself "She can't die! That's my mum! Help her!" but nobody can =(

Just turned 25 a couple days ago. Seems like 20 was, all at once and not at all too long ago. Your video helped me through the hardest part of my grief, Phil, and I still check on you. I'm sorry that I don't keep up here anymore but I assure you that I'm moving forward with my life... as best as I can. Thank you for keeping this up after all this time. It's still very important to me.

@recalone I made this video for Nick after his mother died as a tribute to her and to be a comfort to him. If anyone doesn't like watching it they can simply click off of it when it starts. Youtube is a place for all kinds of videos of celebration, comfort, entertainment and just stupid stuff. If you don't like it, don't watch it. All the best to you recalone.

I still come back to this Phil. Less than I used to but it means so much to me, even to this day; despite the time that's past and my split from Matt I look back to all the support I received and this is one of the best things I've received to reflect and remember her. Thank you again.
