The Giants felt Plaxico Burress absence last week against Philadelphia. Opposing defenses would shade his way and that made everyone better in the Giants offense. Thats not the case anymore as we saw last week. The Giants have no #1 receiver out there. Dallas defense is playing near its best football as head coach Wade Phillips began working with his defense to improve. And they responded. The Cowboys defense did a great job at Pittsburgh and that will carry over against the Giants. Much of Tony Romos problems last week stemmed from the harsh elements in Pittsburgh. That will not be the case this week in Dallas. Owner Jerry Jones challenged Marion Barber and look for the Cowboys offense to respond in support of their star running back. Giants running back Brandon Jacob left last weeks game with a bad knee and is not 100%. Hey do you remember last year when Plaxico was hurt and Eli Manning had problems connecting with his receivers and struggled big time because he couldnt find anyone open? Those times are back.
