  • @Magani79 He was not an ectomorph... he was 5 foot 9. he is far more meso

  • Ectomorph FTW! lol

  • I have same body type as him! :D

4 pack abs, small separated chest (unlike Arnold for example) :)

pretty similar to Zyzz's genetics aswell ! IMO its the best looking type of body

  • 3:52 best body everrr definitely inZane¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • @Kreimehn

If you have any links to research or books that have helped you with this. Could you recommend any to me?

Im interested to learn how you achieved this. thanks

  • @mischageertsen Poor calves can be fixed. I don't know how much research you have done about calves, but there is plenty of info out there. I had poor calves once, till i got sick of it. Now my calves are huge. This is why i don't respect bodybuilders that cannot fix similar problems. They are supposed to be the pros that should know how to fix such problems.

  • @Kreimehn Yeah i know what you mean about the calves.. Sadly when limited by genetics no amount of training will make those grow :p (i am also a sufferer of tiny calve syndrome) The 80's and 90's were a much better era for bodybuilding.. Hope they bring aesthetics back to bodybuilding.

  • Simply the best...

  • @mischageertsen Just checked him out. Yes, i forgot about him. What a mind blowing physique, but his proportions are a bit off. Attention gathers at the quads, and the calves are far too small. Anyhow, this is a great physique.

  • @Kreimehn I mostly agree. You should check out charles clairmonte @ the 1990 Nabba tho.. Came in even harder then frank zane with decent size and proportions as well. Def one of my favs
