  • I see what you're saying, but i actually think more women have the investment mentality. What i mean is many women tend to see the potential in a guy which makes them stay longer in a relationship,bc that 'potential' they see overshadows reality, which is a relationship that isn't healthy for them.A person will never change til it comes from within and women shouldnt wait around for someone who refuses to change. The classic 'fix him/change him' syndrome. Not to generalize, but its verrry common.

  • @ultimategamerstube What I find strange about this is that often when women ask men to improve themselves they call that nagging and ask why they can't be accepted as they are. If a guy doesn't have the drive before I meet him, what makes anyone think they will change. You can't change people, they have to change themselves.

  • Uhh i am so over this shit is it only black women on this planet who have to carry our men can they ever be the provider the one who is investing in you there are plenty of women black, white asian and latino who are looking for the same qualities as Helena the reality is more of those men exist in every other race black women are the backbone of so many black communities across the global when are we going to be treated like princesses like women of other races.

  • Dont you have to shop for you investment, before you invest???.... Im just saying

  • Okay, I've heard enough! I'm a 26 year old educated black woman who is open to dating all men and I am noticed that the only men who seem to need to be invested in are black men! Why do I have to invest in you? I don't expect you to come into my life with the "save her" mentality. This is the problem with most black men, some of you just want someone to take care of you. I'm sorry, I don't want a little boy whose hand I have to hold! Invest in yourself and then MAYBE, you will succeed.

  • Wow this brother got it right...black women make wrong decisions when they young they go with ray-ray from the hood, instead of going with the brother who was in his books now she lonely crying there aint no good men
