  • What he's saying is that he uses a one-plane swing. He's a pure one-plane swinger. Search for this:

  • @thefamiliepak if you are falling forward (toward the tee), then one major problem is using your arms to swing rather than your body or shoulders. You need to swing with your body, active arms is one of the worst things you can do for consistency.

  • @thefamiliepak You might be swinging too hard. Plus, keep your balance centered; not too forward nor on your heels.
