Dan hates grated cheesse (Parmesan, Romano, etc.), so every time we go to Bertucci's, we ask them to leave it off. They have yet to figure out how to comply. Seriously. This has happened about 15 times now with many different waiters.

  • ...get a life

  • Witty comment. You must have been Noel Coward in a former life.

  • Update pt 2: At the end of the night, as we paid our check, the waiter said, "I hope you were recording again tonight." HAHAHAHA! He totally caught us! Ironically, we WEREN'T recording tonite. Just that one time. So that's why the manager was coming over--because the waiter told him about his past experience with us. Dan is horrified, but I just think it's funny.

  • Update pt 1: we had the same waiter tonite we had the nite this video was taken, and we didn't even bother asking for no grated cheese this time, because Dan's actually gotten used to it at this point. But when he brought the pizza, it had no grated cheese on it!! Then 2 or 3 times during our meal, the manager came over to see how we were doing, and that has NEVER happened before, and it kind of weirded us out, because he wasn't going to any other tables.

People's behavior away from Belgravia would make you aghast.

  • honestly that waiter obviously didnt get it, but i worked at bertucci's and it was probly the pizza makers not reading the tickets correctly. they do that all the time and it is up to the waiter or the expo to make sure the food is correct. for its having happened 15 times one waiter should have at least saw it and stopped it from going out, but it seems like its most likely a kitchen problem

  • lol, I am not even going to bother.

  • you made a video about this? and i watched it, i guess i'm the idiot. whats funny tho is you keep going back, 15th time lol. haha, fags

  • Tell your waiter that your doctor has you on a restricted diet, and you know that the pizza cooks add romano cheese to the sauce on all Bertucci's pizzas. Ask the waiter to inform the cooks that you're allergic to romano cheese, and if you consume it, you could die, instantly.

If that doesn't work, nothing will.
