  • this is not marinera sauce. it is a nice tomatoe sauce but definately not marinera..

  • the camera did not show enough close up shots while you were adding the tomatoes, etc. I've never put red pepper in my sauce and I know everyone is different. Also, I don't think it matters to most Italians if the basil remains inside the sauce. My basil doesn't turn brown. Good to know about the citric acid, do they sell any that do not have the citric acid? thanks for the video

  • I cant find any canned tomatoes without citrus acid...
