I am always looking for the best person to refer my home buyer or my home seller to and when I give a referral it's because I have the upmost confidence in that person or company. The home buyer who receives a referral from this Realtor is a lucky home buyer!

Good point to ask where the recommendation is coming from. If it's a trusthworthy source, I tend to trust the recommendation a whole lot more.
