I believe you can but you need to get a bulkey car kit to use it. Tom Tom sells this kit separately and I think it's about 30~40 euros.

I didn't check it personally, but my friend who has this application checked and informed me that yes, it does have the traffic report so that you can choose an alternate route to get to your destination faster. i hope that helps.

No it doesnt work on any iPods because they dont have a GPS Feature built into them =( sorry
