  • How many times a week do you do the insanity workouts? Do you think I'll have similar results with oxy pro elite & gym workouts?

  • @Mscyn927 i do the workouts 6 days out of the week. Absolutely....as long as you are doing cardio to for the first part to burn as much fat as possible then do some strength training workouts to build and tone your muscles.
