I completely follow this guys advice when it comes to nutrition, workout programmes etc but can't believe he's been mugged into using Norateen Heavyweight 2. Heres to hoping its just a sponsorship requirement to advertise Rob because anyone with any sense knows that stuffs garbage ....

I'm probably about 10% body fat at the moment? No idea actually. I don't measure anything like that until I'm into my final 6 weeks. I'll lift heavy for the next 8-10 weeks before I switch things up ready to condition and increase my cardio even more.

Yes I would recommed getting those grips. They completely changed the way a normal pull up feels. You can also use them for a numer of different exercises which I'll be showing throughout my video blogs.

Yeah I apologize for that. I had a friend film this workout and not my usual workout partner. They'll be back to being like they were before for my next video blog.
