the car looks great i would buy one....

I like the car. I just don't like the skinny tires.

we will always need oil, whether for tires, or roads, or small engines, we will always need it to some extent. What we can do is drive conservatively, or get an economical vehicle :)

Like that above? I want a Tesla or an X1 Ev by Ian Wright.
Hopefully, they don't murder/destroy/mutilate the Volt like the EV1

Dilekz I'm sorry but everything you just said is completely ridiculous. All those new hybrid cars look horrible with their sophisticated "Like earodynamics and composite materials.. Reinvorced aluminium etc etc.." I live in america and want my car to represent that. One day I may have to switch to this type of car and I wont be driving a plastic egg looking car. I want to drive a car that looks like a car for god sake.

I don't get it... it's electric and still that huge!! ... look at the motorbay at the front.. it's HUGE !! ( typical american ).
If those battery's are expensive you have to get your MPG somewhere else... Like earodynamics and composite materials.. Reinvorced aluminium etc etc..
Question.. is this VOLT still made out of stupid old METAL ?? Ugh...

Why do so many people choose to use the F word in their comments? Very low class and totally unnecessary
New market, New technology, you go into those industries.Oil companies can go into alternative fuels and technology industries, like McDonalds is challenging starbucks. You expand beyond your comfort zone for longevity and keeping your business afloat

We don't want EVERYONE to drive electric!
We just want a car company to offer an EV on the free market at a fair price without any trick, artifice or scam, which they never have so far done.
