As to Elvis, he wasn't a racist--he played and involved himself musically as well as performing in many integrated audiences before Michael Jackson ever came to popularity. Ahh haters can hate, it's actually quite pathetic. The gov't payed homage to a man who dedicated his entire life to music, humanitarianism and 1 wish "to spread LOVE". During his lifetime all we did was persecute him, ridicule him and mock him. The poor guy struggled with BDD and vitiligo, however given that i don't belive that ANY other single artist will EVER recieve such scrutinous harrassment as he did, this is understandable. The man changed our culture as we see it today for the better. <3
