LOL. McKinley Park!? White people planning to buy there should purge any black/red(Latin Counts) or black/tan(Two-Six) from their wardrobes. And cover up any tattoos that might possibly be misconstrued. It's the Wild West there. Ask the 9th District cops.
And I notice he didn't even suggest following the Red and Green Lines south. Even middle-class black people packed up and left. With some exceptions, as much as it pains me to say it, it's a wasteland.
