i like a bit of silly harmless fun as much as the next downtrodden call centre operator, but they aren't giving the company any taste of their own medicine, they're just losing another poor guy his time and money. we, as consumers, can take our complaints to a higher organisation. these people have no say whatsoever in the policies everyone hates, most of the time they're taking such a shit job just to earn a crust. still, these kinds of calls probably give them a much needed laugh!

I've listened to these calls hundreds of times and they are still funny every time! I personally like to prank this company called Premier Telecom. They're an American company based in London. You can ring them on 0845 564 4077 or on their geographic number 020 3582 9980. They answer quite quickly most of the time, and their agents will stay on the line forever no matter how ridiculous the call gets.

Lol love this,Ive had to contact VM twice this past two weeks and it does take them forever to answer...then put on hold...then having to explain yourself about 50 times to diffrent staff....useless.
about time we got revenge!
