The actor who plays the crazy Scotsman is Robert Norman Smith. He was arrested for possession of child pornography as well as publishing it on the web. Alexander Keith's pulled the ads immediately, but not before they became a part of Canadian, and especially Nova Scotian, culture. While you can hate the guy, the commercial is still funny.
