HAHAHAHA I'LL SAY WHAT I WANT TO SAY.I AS A TAX PAYER AN US CITIZEN SHOUL DHAVE THE RIGHT TO BE THERE AND STATE MY CASE. I WOULD NOT BE THERE TO IMPRESS YOU OR ANYONE ELSE. IF MY CLAIM GOT DENIED, IT WOULD NOT SURPRISE ME HAHAHAHA

Benefits are awarded to the (allegedly) disabled.

This person I know was able to work and because she knew the system got it within 5 weeks. She can drive and can ride a bike and can play ball and can bowl and do all this physical stuff. She can walk and I can't. People get it because they know how to kiss ass in the system and politics and go to other areas and states. They do not get it because of a disabiltiy they have because Pam is not in any way disabled because she can do many many disabled things that I cannot do at all. SS system sucks

This video will not help you. Most of the time you have already lost even before the hearing. I found this out the hard way. they seem to think everyone can work no matter what is wrong with them. I have arthritis and cant walk and still lost my SS case. I know plenty of people who can walk and can do many physical things and still get these huge checks and drive nice cars. There is not one ounce of fairness in the SS system and the judges know all the attorneys for sure. It happened all to me.

thanks for the tips i have an hard judge for my hearing and need all the tips I can get :)
The social security admin. would rather you die instead of paying you benefits. They are not on your side, sad to say but true. Any information you write or tell them is used against you in deciding your case. They also look at your bank accounts and property you own. Sadly, this is the only country where, if you become disabled, you would eventually be left out in the street.

I have to say, PamelaRP, that I have viewed nearly a dozen videos regarding disability benefits, and you are starting to sound like a broken record. While it is unfortunate that many people with disabilities are denied assistance, THIS video uses basic logic in an attempt to help those who could use some advice, and the uploader is NOT responsible for your denial. Your copied posts, however, only tell people what a scam every lawyer is, and that they should give up hope. YOU help no one.
