@Barclay318 It doesnt use car codes, as these are new additions to the game, not already existing cars, you have to physically change the files of the game.
And yes its for PC only AFAIK you can only do this kind of modding on the PC version.

Its too complicated to explain on youtube. But tdumods.com has a tutorial on how to do it.

@petar4onachev nobody else will see the cars.. unless they also have the mods. but you will be able to play fine online.. so basically it all works as before but you can change visuals on your side..
