  • The owner of this car is badly misinformed. Sorry no M-22 there more like M-21. Sorry no 3:90 gears there more like 3:23 (it's an air cond. car) But yes he's right, it is a convertible.

  • I'd like to have seen the build sheet, and I'm harldy an Olds expert, tho I do have a '66 Toronado

  • I have a m22 in a 69 chevelle ss. Tony no way is that a m22 its to quiet

  • You could be rite... Not my car, just my camera!

  • That car was meant to DRIVEN.. not babied....

  • I agree, FLOOR it!!!

  • what a waste, another old dude who just bought a car doesnt know a damn thing about and wont drive the thing

  • He has tachometer issues. No way can he be turning 3000 rpm at 42 mph. He also says 60 mph is 4100 rpm. This works out to about a 5.50-5.70 rear gear so either tach and/or speedo is wrong.

  • excuse me young guys im a old dude.for what does he need a air conditioner in a cabrio?

  • @wfo76

Yeah that is awfully high RPM for those speeds. Considering how old that car is, it wouldn't surprise me if the gauges were not working properly.

  • @ENCOMAN the gears could be 3:73's i have a 72 cutlass s with air and im pretty sure its got 3:73's but im not positive. im thinking about putting a 4 speed auto in my car, since its already auto(get better gas mileage, its going to be a daily driver minus rain and snow)

  • My dad's got a '70 Cutlass Supreme convertible, and that thing hauls ass. He drives it normally most of the time, but he's not afraid to put his foot into it sometimes for fun.

Olds and buicks are underrated, they're big, but they're still quick.

  • @wfo76 The newer (68-72) Olds tachs were VERY optimistic..My 69 had 3.23 rear and the tach showed about 3600 at 60, My 67 442 has 3.08 gear and shows a realistic 2600 at 60.

  • @wfo76 when you do the math, figure the ratio of the trans. look up the gear ratios in the m21. it worked out for me

  • @wfo76 I agree my truck has 5.13s with a Muncie SM465 3rd gear witch is last gear is 1:1 so its basicly 5.13 i turn about 3400 to go 70MPH

  • wow. what a beauty.

  • the chrysler 440cu-in is a 7.2 liter
