Um, I would say do what you really enjoy. If you don't like to do sports, don't go out of your way to do them just because you think it might help with your college application. I think that challenging yourself to succeed in something that you love to do is what colleges are hoping you will do -- and it will be more fun than forcing yourself to do something that your heart isn't in.
