b.s. my zen player wont work on it unless i download a hack. zen must not be part of the 'everything' that works on a mac. and as far as just working? it visited the apple care for repairs within a week. consider me disappointed.

I have a panasonic srd-s10 camcorder and, although it connects to the mac, the mac is utterly unable to read it's standard mod video files without a 3rd party program (they're literally mpeg-2 files with a different file extension).

Apple's ad campaigns will always be vague and inaccurate, it just plays to the fan boys and/or people who don't know any better.

What camera work on a MAC and not on a PC?
Probably some over hyped, old technology, overpriced iCamera... Just like the iPhone.
All the cutting edge technology thats realist works with PC's, rarely with macs at all...

True. I mean isn't the main problem with Macs its comparability? Windows is a default OS through the world (not saying that it is better, it just is the default) and thus all Technology companies have to make their stuff work with Windows (unless they are made by Apple, of course).
