Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was an Atheist and a notorious American serial killer, necrophiliac and cannibal, who murdered 17 men and boys.

In the following interview with Stone Phillips, Dateline NBC (29 November 1994) he said: "If a person doesn't think there is a God to be accountable to, then—then what's the point of trying to modify your behaviour to keep it within acceptable ranges? I'm a Criminologist, and I have to say, despite what I know about serial killers/murderers, I'm consistently dumbstruck by the complete calmness, lack of emotion, and just how 'put together' he seems to be- for someone who killed 17 men and boys, he speaks about what he did like it's an 'everyday occurance'. Very chilling, IMO.
