@TheCitadelZombie yea, but if everyone starts to follow the idea that pubblic dissing isn't the right way, every bad manner and wrong thing in this world will live on. If they allow only positive comments on their HD line, they are in fact fooling customers.

@TheCitadelZombie Actually, a few days after I posted here I was contacted by Rich at Line 6 who turns out is a really cool and decent guy. He completely made things right. Apparently he does read things like this and takes it seriously, sometimes its just really hard to convey things through the internet though. I learned a big lesson in being patient and not publicly dissing anyone. Still ended up returning my HD500 though. Just wasn't for me.

@TheCitadelZombie They are threating loyal customers as garbage, I contributed alot to the petrucci fanbase with l6 patches, with xt, x3 and hd500 ones. I always shared everything I had and knew, including tricks, and the only time I tried to give a feedback about an issue I was having with my brand new pod they addressed me as a troll, pretending everyone to believe I was flaming for the purpose of givin' a negative mark on the l6 product line.

@TheCitadelZombie that's simply unbeliavable. pure dictaturism.

@089Ray After all the issues I had with the M13 and HD I commented that I had old pedals from the early 80's that were still working and were obviously more reliable. Also, that I was sick of software, updates, bugs, etc and them not addressing the issues. SEVERAL MONTHS later "Rich" from Line 6 read my comments and completely blew a fuse over it. I've used their gear since the old AxSys amps were released. NO MORE!

@TheCitadelZombie wow that's really bad dude. What kind of flame?

3. and 9. are really true.
Their forum is so full of douchebags pretending to know everything. Everytime someone pops on saying that the pod doesn't sound good there's always someone saying 'you're not setting it right, you need to develop your skills on the machine, the learning curve'. Always the same sentences. When someone points out an hardware issue, the answer is always 'contact our customer service' and the thread gets locked. There's no freedom of speech over there.
