  • That passenger - the driver's husband - replaced the incriminating windshield on the car. Then when a reward heating things up for them, he drove the car to Mexico. Sold it to a chop shop no doubt, where lots of stolen American cars end up. Then he had the gall to re-enter the US where he was interviewed o TV and admitted to the crime. If you haven't already seen it, I and others have posted the original news coverage of this hit-and-run and follow-up. Not the first time this has happened.

  • These criminals would do the same thing again I bet. They should be locked up longer for public safety. It had to be crooked looking mexicans. I can't believe their moral values.

  • i think people are blaming the defendents too much...i mean it was a total accident. What the parents, family, and friends should be doing is praying and forgiving...it makes sense.

  • Well those idiots got 8 and 7 years now!

  • These ppl need to serve a lot of time in jail. How can anyone leave the scene of an accident is beyond me. Four and two years is nothing, they should get a lot more. especially the passenger who pushed the victim away from the hood of the car.
