Okay I'm at 6:06. Wait, why do they have to have their head on straight exactly? There are plenty of movies that have R rating(R = M in game ratings) that have brief sexual scenes. As a matter of fact there are several PG-13 movies that contain perhaps the same or even more amount of sexual content than Mass Effect.

Alright well, I'm at 5:35 and can say that there are parental controls as already mentioned on this clip. I have experince with these kinds of parental controls, and a parent can easily prevent their kid from playing games. All they need to do is set a password and mark down exactly what they do and don't want their kids doing. For example, they could mark down, no online play, no video chating, no audio chating, no M Rated games, no T games, no purchasing content.
