-A surprisingly accurate recreation of the sounds I hear during sleep paralysis-
This is a reupload of an older video, because the old video would only play in 240p--the sound quality was terrible. This one is available in glorious 720p. Yes, on YouTube, the video size also affects the sound compression.
So what exactly are you hearing here?
I often wake up to a rushing windy sound--like an air conditioner or a fan running in another room.
I feel an irregular, throbbing pressure on the back of my skull. Fear will make the the throbbing more intense.
My ears are ringing.
Like many people, I also hear shuffling footsteps. Unintelligible voices are also pretty common, but I couldn't get voices to sound right.

I've been a SP experiencer since I was about nineteen (26 now). I never experienced auditory until this afternoon, when the onset of an attack was accompanied by a mechanical/electrical hum, very much like this but louder and more menacing.
