Tactical Assault Gear Plate Carrier review by Nutnfancy

Lightweight, US made, and tough. The TAG Plate Carrier is a win all around. After about a year of testing, this LBE option has become another favorite of mine. Real estate is excellent, the stitching is perfect, and the materials choices are top notch. It goes on and comes off easily and has good stability during running. It is not mesh-lined like many other uber expensive US LBE options but I didn't find that to be a show stopper. MOLLE specification is assured and all quality pouches will fit. The TAG Plate Carrier takes up to XL ESAPI and armor plate options. You will get excellent frontal and back armor coverage with its large pockets (that hold the heavy ceramic plates tight). The side plate pockets fit my Diamondback Tactical Level IIIA inserts perfectly but the 7x8 SAPIs probably won't. A drag handle stays low profile until needed. The shoulders are clean and unobstructed for shoulder weapons and padded straps are low profile. Colors offered are extensive and the value is excellent give the USA source and quality; expect around $125. I was stoked to see the TAG price readjustments awhile back that makes their gear extremely attractive now. I ordered one, and I noticed he molle is not how its shown here in the video or the website...should be eight down eight across in chest and four down four across mine is seven down seven across and the ends aren't functional...side is three down four across

you be rite on man dont know till you run it.dang that single point sling i just put on is killin me goin to a twoo point .no big deal .wouldnt know it unleess i tried.hating the sight picture on the ruger 10/22 ,put some paint on the front and goin tomorrow to check it out.also black out the diamond on the front sight ,it blurs when you look for your target.iron sights!!TNP!
