Paul Dong has written two excellent books that goes to the root of the whole concept. I highly recommend them to start with.
I just finished his book "Empty Force The Ultimate Martial Arts" today actually. The other book is called "Chi Gong - The Ancient Chinese Way to Health" and they cover most of what you need to be aware of during training.

i read the book from indigo schools from that was the best book i ever read,its nice to now we have angels on this earth like master paul dong,master yan xin and master,zhang baosheng,i wish i can meet master paul dong a angel of his art

From what i understand, Dong is accomplished but is not even close the upper end of what can be reached. He is, however, much more powerful with his qi than i am so i cannot speak down in his abilities. In any event, i am interested in speaking with him.
