  • Maybe, you're working out too much and putting too much stress and it's taxing your body. But, think about it, the most fit people (except weightlifters) only spend about an hour or so working out period.

  • MY ULTIMATE GOAL is to be a weightlifter/bodybuilder.

  • Wow, I felt the same way... Had to loose 14% body fat or 40 pounds. Lost 12% and couldn't loose the last 2%. I worked hard, for 6 months and gave up. Now I have to start over because I feel incomplete not reaching my goal.

  • It's is really hard and fustrating losing weight, but at least you know your better off now than when you started.

  • Great video, I know how you're feeling. Have you thought about you salt intake? Too much can also slow things down.

  • I'm having the same issues lately...except I binged. I'm going to pray about it. Sometimes it is easy to forget how far you've come. Don't let the scale mess with your mind. We can do it!!!!
