first of all, bunta starts using the gc8v after the 11TH star.
second of all, on akina, after the 11TH star, he races you on akina snow.
You race him in the gc8v on akina dry in Legend of the Streets. aka STORY MODE.
So shut your noob mouth about stuff you don't know or understand.
