It's from the TV series 'A Bit Of Fry And Laurie.' He's talking to an old lady standing off-screen who's holding a tray of cream cakes. She then steps in and says, "would you like another cream slice, dear?" He picks one up, says 'thanks' in a really condescending, evil way, takes a bite and slams it back onto the tray and gives the old dear a look-of-daggers.
