@countryconspiracy I keep clean jars under my sink--like from mayonnaise or Italian sauce. I put oil that I don't plan to re-use in them until each is full, and then it goes in the garbage. It is very neat and clean.

I've made this a couple times, and areas of the chicken keep coming out soggy. I'm cooking it according to the video, and using a cast iron skillet. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Am I using too much flour?

@overdrive2023x It seems like the temperature is too low. Try increasing the temperature, and I don't think any of the chicken will be soggy!
