Manager or slave owner. Indentured servant maybe.

0:57 anybody get the sense that when they ask the worker if she is happy maybe she is not aloud to speak freely about her true feelings at work with her manager staring her down?

They're basically human robots.
In a US or Japanese factory even as far back as the late 70s much of this work would be highly automated.

hahahah they put an angry white mans face on the dummies

Why does CNN not show this outside USA? Not their bandwidth FFS.

Its' actually pretty simple why these people do commit suicide. It happens when people feel they have no hope, and you can easily see that could happen in a place like this. Escapism must be rampant here. I wonder if drug use and or alchohol use is high.

Yes, this company and that country needs to wake up and supply the basic needs of these people. It's pathetic.
It's the treadmill of production. It seems that along with food, people would rather not know where, how, by whom, and under what conditions their technology is made. We seem to cherish belongings and commodities to such a degree that we obscure any sentiment we have towards the world. This seems to validate my claim.

They sleep on wood boards. No wonder why they commit suicide. Their backs probably hurt so bad while they work they cant stand it.
