@pgzzz Since bandit 1200 have totaly different engine than 1250. New bandit have more torque so it could have less rmp's New bandit have water cooled engine with ceramical technology. Old one have big, hevy, oil and air cooled engine:)

@phsouzabr I have led turn lights and I didn't changed the blinker or relay (i don't know what is the right word to this in english but in polish it's called przekaźnik" If you have bandit try to accelerate like this it's not a big philosophy(only 0-100). If you have oryginal exhaust, acceleration will be worse then my. Bandit in oryginal exhaust have about 100hp on dyno. But if you change this for specialy dedicated you can give him even 20hp more!

i think some of you are comparing a stock bandit to something that might not be stock..we all know a huge thing here is the sprockets..u can get alot more outta the hole speed by changing sprockets..but will change your top end speed..beginner shit there boys..!!! i have rode a bandit..they are pretty quick..BUT I WILL EAT YOUR LUNCH ON MY R1..

I don't know what all the talk is aobut the bandit not being fast. I know I'm talking about a bike with 1/2 the cc's, but it has close to the same hp as my Bandit and it is the sport class............I will run dead even with my buddy's 2006 GSXR600 and that's with me being 260#s, he is probably 180#s and with the additional weight that the Bandit has compared to the GSXR.
