Thats a tough call. Rise was like, Boarderline crazy/stalker. Minato does have any girls lusting over himl ike Seta does. If anything, Rise might actually go crazy and just kill off the "competition".

Seta is a damn pimp. He doesnt get reverse/broken links. The programmers even tried to put in reverse and broken links in Persona 4. But Seta is just so bad-ass, it never made it through.

If you do a search on the Shin Megami wiki. You can read up on the conversations the girls have when Seta has a broken/reverse link. Someone found that there were still bits of programmed dialogue in P4. It seems they were going to put it in, but for some reason, took it out last second. One such conversation in a dungoen has Yosuke saying "Hey bro, is it just me, or does Yukiko not seem very talkative today?"

went and searched again for you.go to persona4(dot)wikidot(dot)com(s lash)dungeontalk and click on the "text dump" link. It features all the dungeon conversations in P4 and it even includes the left over programmed Reverse/Broken link conversations.
