    Well I don't hjave any links to any trainer, and I don't make videos (dun have any good camera :/ )

    Anywayz, if u only whanna achive strong biceps + triceps I would recommend u to do heavy/middle weith training and than be sure to stretch the muscles u used (Be sure that it feels when u stretch). there are probably many sites that can help u on how to stretch.

    However, if you whant some stamina, u should mostly use light/middle weights and be sure to take walk and STRETCH!

  • @Naruava pls give links man, i am more to powerlifting i want to achieve a huge muscle with twice the avg strength,, yo know what im sayin, iam the strongest arm wrestler on my year level at school however my biceps and triceps arent that big or should i say my arms are not that looking sexy, but strong. but on the other hand i also want to achieve a lean body "slender" muscles...

    Everyone! if your doing "stress training" u will get ugly short muscles! They will become impact and look like loaf of breads under your skin!

    What you should do is more stamina training instead of "pure strength" training. Long (stamina) muscle are slender (and hot!) and healthier, as stamina makes the heart feel better.

    That is why you should use light weights and take many walks/jogging tours so u become health (+ hot).

    U should also EAT healthy...

  • @composer63 even if these were there are peopel that look exactly like that, so in the end it doesnt matter becuase it exists
