So far, you are the best. I love it. I just learn something new. Thanks so much.

Great video clips, thanks so much Coach Mario.

the grip where you pick up the racket is actually semi-western i saw tons of other vids and research online. the eastern grip is closer to continental and is perfect for low balls and flat shots while semi-western is the most used by pros and has alot of variety and is more safe

@y11971alex The real way to hit a heavy ball is to walk into the ball and thus transfer your bodywieght into the hit. but by taking the ball early and on the rise you naturaly do that...so we agree.

Outstanding tennis lessons. My question is at 2:17 of the video, you mention the snap is a windshield wiper motion. But if I do a windshield wiper (which is sort of like waving at someone), my wrist finishes face down like yours but bent up instead of bent down after wrapping around my body, but I notice yours finishes bent down. Is it more like a whipping motion of the wrist? Please explain. P.S.Your lessons are the best on the net.

@imnokasparov - you are right, the windshield wiper reference is meant to explain the start of the swing right before you hit the ball, as a way for beginners to get a clear picture as in how to move the racquet across, but during and after you hit the ball the face of the racquet sort of progressively starts to almost look down, and the wrist bents in the direction you described .... again, you are right : )
