@TheA10Phonex Yeah, it's like that until you fight someone better than you. Then you need to know what you're looking at and how you're going to adapt to it.
Cause in rts gaming it's not how well you can complete your routines.
In this genre you have to learn to adapt to situations, and that requires thinking and understanding.
All in plays are just fingers crossed and do your best. For the most part you are correct, but what we call rushing, is actually normal(pro) play.

@jonnyknows rushing has nothing to do with thinking, it's like any other skills (doing the same thing every time you start the game) but thinking or leading your team to win no matter how large your opponent is, depends on the creativity of the player, creativity helps to improvise plans. this is the point of strategy games
btw back when i first played generals, i used to be a rusher loading humvees' with missile defenders and rangers w/ flash grenades and blow the shit out someone..

Rushing is about fast thinking and quick tactics, not to mention you need reflex and strong knowledge on just about everything, from unit damage radii and unit speed, where to correctly use the general powers, etc.
There's a reason you lose to rushing, and it's because you don't understand it correctly.
You don't need to rush, in order to stop rushes. The better player will almost always win, no matter his opponents strategy.

@VerrucktO its about enjoying the game and winning -_- its just stupid destorying around 5 buildings -_- I like to destroy alot of buildings and get a challenge not go the campaign and pick easy which is what rushing is like

Back when I used to commentate for red alert 3, I used to look for games that were interesting.
There is a common theme between good players and bad players, bad players matches tend to be slow paced and often lack constant action.
When two good players battle the action starts from minute 1, the next move is already predetermined as the match goes on, rarely do you see pro players sit for a while doing nothing.
"Rushing" is a test of reflex, quick thinking, and reading the enemy.

@jonnyknows no the game is about building a large army and destroying large bases . Not destroying 3 or 4 buildings -_- , I get bored any time I rush its the same shit over and over . Get the same guys put them in the same plane drop them off and destory the same 4 buildings and calling your self pro -_-
Me and my brothers always have a fun large scale game with 10 mins no rush so we can have a all out war . but instead you choose the cheap ass way which is really noobie
-
@TheAwwWtf On the contrary, I find people like you who kill the experience.
I'm looking for a fast action packed match and then oh no, he's spamming defenses, now I'm forced to adapt to that and the match takes a few minutes longer than it should, while remaining to be an easy task.
Waste of time imo. Although, this game is old as ever now, I haven't really bothered with online since around the time I made this video.
Great game though, can only hope they don't screw up Generals 2.

-_- your the type of people who ruined the game , I cant enjoy a long full game without a noob like you who cant win without rushing -_-

@MultiBigAndy
Believe it or not 1000 more cash will help you at the start of the match, offense is the best defense.
