Super Mario Sunshine rocket fruit glitch

I was going to do that thing where you bring 3 of those fruits you can kick (I'm not sure what they're called) to a pianta for a blue coin/1-up. then this happened when I tried to slowly push it up a hill.

when u jump on 1 u bounce ground pound and if done correctly u will land inside so it looks like mario is a noki
